Land of Mountains (60 + 40 minutes)
Lykia is defined by its mountains and how they compete with the sea around it. Starting at the sea in the east, we traverse the mountains seeking out historical and modern settlements, their uses and their peoples. We end by returning to the sea in the west.

A street of mud brick houses. Mud brick is an ancient construction method, but still effective. If you look, they are everywhere.

Found in the theatre at Tlos. The inscription is in both Greek and Lykian. Lykian was an ancient language only written down in the relatively short period between 500-350BCE.
